Meet Lesley Meyer
With over 25 years of professional experience, Lesley Meyer has dedicated her career to helping individuals overcome the challenges of chronic pain. Her journey is deeply personal, having faced and triumphed over significant physical and emotional adversities, including 18 bone fractures, 12 surgical operations, and the profound loss of loved ones and pets. These experiences have shaped her empathetic approach and profound understanding of both physical and emotional healing.
Lesley's expertise is not just limited to her extensive practice since 1997. She is also a renowned author, speaker, and educator, committed to sharing her knowledge with both her patients and fellow physiotherapists. Her "Help Me COPE" series of books and regular contributions to educational platforms, including radio and public speaking events, reflect her passion for educating and inspiring others.

Our Mission Statement
The mission of my Out-Patient practice is to provide a holistic approach to my chronic pain patients in a comfortable homely atmosphere. The therapy animals both cats and dogs are welcome in the practice as it reduces stress in those who love animals and enables them to open up more freely, enhancing the therapy. We maintain a friendly and creative work environment which respects diversity of my clients. A partnership is created between the therapist and the patient creating an environment for new ideas, improving treatments and creating an atmosphere where hard work is rewarded with improved health.
My vision for the future is to share my knowledge with complex patients by increasing my knowledge in different online platforms. I am passionate about what I do and enjoy educating all my patients, as education is the key factor to improving your health. With this in mind I will work towards creating these online information platforms to enable all people access to valuable information to enable healing even when they are unable to attend treatment.
